The Rest Is Science digital escalator panel on the London Underground

Launching The Rest Is Science

  • Location London
  • Media London Underground DOOH

The Campaign

Goalhanger is one of the UK's leading independent podcast companies, behind shows including The Rest Is History, The Rest Is Politics and The Rest Is Football.

When it came to launching The Rest Is Science, the objective was simple: get the new show in front of the right people, rather than simply buying broad London coverage.

Paid Attention planned a highly targeted London Underground campaign, focusing on areas around Soho, King's Cross and Holborn, where a number of Goalhanger's group-owned agencies and other relevant businesses are based.

We used a mix of D12s, D6s, Digital Runways, Digital Gateways, Digital Ribbons and Digital Escalator Panels, giving the campaign a presence across key commuter environments and creating multiple opportunities to see the new show.

The Results

The campaign coincided with a noticeable spike in Google searches for "The Rest Is Science", with search interest rising as the OOH campaign went live and falling again once it ended.

During the campaign period, the YouTube channel gained 80,000 new subscribers, reaching 277,000 subscribers within a month. Videos were averaging around 150,000 views, compared with more than 350,000 views per video today.

While the OOH campaign cannot be isolated as the sole driver of this growth, the timing of the search uplift and the subsequent audience growth provides a strong indication that the launch campaign helped put The Rest Is Science firmly on the map.

Morocco Tourism and Tripadvisor branded tram wrap in Paris

Come for the Game, Stay for Morocco

  • Location Paris & London
  • Media Tram wrap, Wall mural
  • Duration 4 weeks
  • Overdelivery 2 weeks

The Campaign

Tripadvisor partnered with the Morocco Tourism Board on "Come for the Game, Stay for Morocco", a major international campaign designed to use the excitement around the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations to put Morocco firmly on the travel map.

The idea was to go beyond football and showcase Morocco as a destination in its own right, encouraging visitors to stay longer and experience its culture, food, landscapes and cities.

As part of the wider campaign, Paid Attention delivered a tram wrap in Paris, running for four booked weeks starting in December 2025. The campaign ultimately delivered six weeks on the street, including two weeks overshow.

The tram formed part of a wider creative campaign that brought Morocco into high-footfall urban environments, alongside large-scale murals created by international artists in cities including London and Paris.

100 Years… Where Have All the Greyhounds Gone?

  • Location 7 locations across Britain
  • Media Static and digital OOH, digital ad vans

The Campaign

July 2026 marked 100 years since commercial greyhound racing officially began in the UK. To mark the anniversary, Action for Greyhounds launched its "100 Years… Where Have All the Greyhounds Gone?" campaign, using the milestone to draw attention to the history and impact of the industry.

Paid Attention planned and bought a nationwide OOH campaign across seven locations, focusing on the catchment areas surrounding prominent British greyhound tracks.

The campaign used a combination of static and digital billboards, giving the message a strong presence in locations closely connected to greyhound racing.

Also deployed were digital ad vans around Westminster, during the official centenary date of greyhound racing in Britain.

London business district environment for Prime Collection consultancy work

From 5 Valuations a Year to 52

  • Location London
  • Media Paid Attention - Consultancy
  • Sector Residential Sales & Lettings
  • Duration 3 months

The Challenge

Prime Collection had the local knowledge and a strong team, but its digital marketing wasn't generating a consistent flow of new business.

Valuation enquiries were largely coming through referrals and passing trade, with the business averaging around five valuation leads a year. For a property agency looking to grow, that simply wasn't enough.

What We Did

Paid Attention consulted Prime Collection on incumbent strategies, sales and business development calls, and built a digital marketing strategy around one clear objective: generate more valuation enquiries from local homeowners.

We also overhauled their SEO to improve visibility for relevant local searches, introduced targeted Meta advertising to reach homeowners considering selling or letting, and built dedicated landing pages designed to turn that traffic into enquiries.

Rather than sending prospects to a generic homepage, every part of the campaign was built around getting the right person to take the next step.

The Results

Within three months, valuation leads had increased to around one per week, putting Prime Collection on a run rate of approximately 52 valuations a year.

That represents roughly a 10x increase on the previous annual level.

The leads were also turning into real business. Prime Collection was securing approximately one instruction per month, including a £3.7m property sale and a lettings instruction worth more than £4,500 per month.

“Working with Laurence was a joy. Knowledgeable, always available and really helpful. I would definitely use them again.”
